Who Is Holistic Support Services

Holistic Support Services (HSS) is a Sydney-based, family-run NDIS provider dedicated to supporting people with complex and high physical needs. We specialise in core supports, community participation, and one-to-one support work, with experience assisting stroke survivors, people living with MS, Down syndrome, spinal injuries, and other disabilities.

Founded by Ricky, who brings 13 years of business leadership, and Rowena, a registered nurse with extensive palliative and aged care experience, our team blends professional expertise with genuine compassion. We pride ourselves on a 95% attendance rate, consistent carers, and open communication with families and participants. Guided by our mantra “Caring for you like family”, we connect home, health, and community so support feels seamless, dignified, and truly centred on the individual.
